01. Research & Inspiration
Every collection begins before the sketch. Our designers track cultural movements across London’s streets, runways, and retail landscape — building the trend intelligence that shapes what your next season needs to feel like. Mood boards, market analysis, and design direction — all developed with your brand at the centre.
02. Concept Development
From research comes a concept. Themes are defined, initial sketches are drawn, and the creative conversation between our studio and your team begins. London gives us direct access to the cultural pulse that shapes global fashion — and that perspective lives in every concept we develop.
03. Design & Tech Packs
The concept becomes technical. Detailed drawings are produced, fabrics are selected, color palettes are developed, and every design element is translated into a precise tech pack ready for the sample room. This is where art meets engineering.
04. Sampling & Prototyping
Using CLO and Optitex for photorealistic 3D sampling, and a fully equipped sample section at FFL Bangladesh, we develop prototype garments with short lead times. Virtual samples are reviewed and refined before physical samples are produced — faster, more sustainable, and closer to what you need from the first iteration.
05. Review & Finalization
Every detail is reviewed against the brief. Adjustments are made, designs are refined, and the collection is finalized with your team’s input at every stage. Nothing moves forward until it is exactly right.
06. Presentation
The finished collection is presented — in person at our London studio, digitally through our state-of-the-art virtual presentation facilities, or at our studios in Barcelona or Bangladesh. The garment your team sees in the presentation is the garment that goes into production.
